Q) How can I contact you?

We would love to hear from you. You can call us direct on 0121 554 7210, or contact us by using our electronic contact form with your enquiries.

We strive to keep all our customers happy with purchases made with us. If you are not 100% happy with our products or customer services, please feel free to send us feedback through our email.

Q) How do I get confirmation of my order?

You will received an automated ‘order confirmation’ via e-mail. This e-mail will contain the details of the items you have ordered. And your selected delivery address.
If you have not received an e-mail order confirmation within 1 hour, please attempt to re-submit your order or contact us on 0121 554 7210 and we will be happy to assist.

Q) What are the delivery options?

We aim to dispatch as soon as we receive your order. You have 2 options:

• Next day delivery
• Standard delivery (2- 3 working days)

The delivery charges vary from £2.50 – £9.50 and some cases free delivery.
You will be contacted to be notified the exact charges applied on your whole order, prior to dispatch.

Q) What is your stock availability?

We always have high stock availability on all items however, in the unlikely case that a product is out of stock; we will call you direct or email you immediately to discuss other options.

Q) What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Any item must be returned unused in its original packaging along with the original invoice (as proof of purchase) to Autocoat UK. Please contact us before sending any returns.
